You can also switch on the built-in Scrambler Overdrive when you need some "push" or "growl", or if you really want filthy distortion for extreme styles.

For setup versatility, there is a DI XLR Output and a 1/4" line out jack. Hook up the XLR direct to the mixer/PA or run the SCR-DI through a bass amp via the 1/4" jack. Good news is, you can also run both outputs simultaneously; a great solution for front-of-house and monitoring. The headphone out also gives out true bass cabinet sound through your headphones, so you can still enjoy big Ampeg tone even on late nights without disturbing your neighbors.
