The PRS SE Hollowbody II Piezo takes advantage of the popular SE Hollowbody II's inherent resonance by adding an LR Baggs/PRS Piezo Pickup system; giving you immediate access to acoustic guitar sounds or electric guitar sounds, or even both at the same time! It features two output jacks so you can feed the magnetic pickups' signal to a guitar amp and the acoustic pickup to an acoustic amp or DI; or you can use the Mix/Piezo output jack to blend the signals of the acoustic and magnetic pickups through one output. The dedicated volume controls for the Piezo and Magnetic pickups allow you to select either pickup systems or regulate the blending of both.

Just like its electric brother, the SE Hollowbody II Piezo features hollowbody construction for that elegant tone and resonance, with a solid wood block under its Stoptail bridge for tuning stability, as well as to give you the response of a solid body guitar. The 58/15 “S” pickups are specifically voiced to complement the attributes of the hollowbody construction. Keeping up with the PRS tradition, the SE Hollowbody II has a 25" scale length and follows the classic PRS double-cutaway body design, with a figured Maple top that gives your sound clarity and a snappy response, while also making the guitar look exquisite. Its hollow body, while being slightly larger than that of a solid body Custom 24, still feels comfortable to play and is still convenient to carry around. Its 22-fret Ebony fretboard provides rich tones, as well as added visual elegance.
