He has since gone on to work with artists such as James Brown, Alicia Keys, Usher and the American Idol tour. “I have always loved the Vic Firth 3A,” explains Aaron. “But given the chance to design my own stick, I knew I could come up with something that would be even better! We lengthened the taper and increased the overall length, and I now have a stick that lets leverage do the work for me. These are my new favorite sticks, and I think you will love them too!” Aaron’s new Signature Stick is made of hickory and features a taper that blends smoothly into the neck and then to the tip. This creates a very well balanced stick, and one that plays as well as it looks!
